WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 
 
FOR PRINTS  most orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.   

** Due to Covoid, shipping has been impacted for every business and at times is running slow slower that what was 'usual'.  Every effort is being made for prompt delivery.

FOR ORIGINALS  Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Depending on the size of the product, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me

For international orders, a separate shipping invoice will be sent via email and must be paid before the order ships. To get a cost for international shipping please email me with the item you are interested in and a shipping address and I will provide you with a quote.

FOR PRINTS We  choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS or Fed Ex depending which is most cost effective.

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

You are responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please use the CONTACT link for email or the link to the contact form at the bottom of this page and give me the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

 -  Before you place the order, make sure to have taken fully advantage of the great visualization tools my website has to offer. Use the LIVE PREVIEW tool from your mobile device and stand 10 feet / 3 meters from the wall in your home you intend the piece for. This gives you a great idea of what it feels like in your own surroundings. Additionally, use the WALL PREVIEW tool, which immediately gives you an understanding of the scale and size of the artwork. From the palette picker choose the color that represents your own wall and see how the overall color theme works together with my artwork.

- However, if you are not happy with what you receive, I offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all ORIGINALS. This means that from when you have received the artwork give yourself some days to live with it, and if you find out this is not the piece for you; get in touch with me and we will set up a return with a full refund minus the shipping charges*. Ship it back to me, insured, and in the same condition you received it in. Keep the original packaging in case you need to return it.  *FOR any RETURN ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THERE IS A 30% RESTOCK FEE IN ADDITION TO WHAT YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COST MIGHT BE

ART PRINTS are custom printed on demand by Bay Photo Lab  and are final sale. They do guarantee the print quality so if it ever happens to be damaged in transit it can get redone at no extra charge. In that case send me a picture of the damaged product and packaging to Gail@MercedesFineArt.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please contact  gail@MercedesFineArt.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.  

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

WHO DOES YOUR FRAMING?

The framing one can choose from and select with their prints is done by Bay Photo.  Each molding is carefully inspected to meet gallery quality and great care is takedn to ensure each frame is free from flaws and meets high standards.

The CUSTOM FRAMING that is available on some of my Original Paintings and Limited Edtion Prints from time to time - that may have been used for display, photo shoots  or exibition purposes - is mostly done by Concept Framing International In Laguna Hills, CA.  Concept has provided artists and galleries around the world with the finest in custom framing for years and is a 'go to' for my work any time I want framing.
